After your journey, please journal on the following questions to further unearth clarity:

  1. What is my next intuitive action to take, right now? P.S. Intuitive actions are best taken right away, before our pre-frontal cortex has a chance to talk us out of something potentially it deems uncomfortable to keep us safe. 

  2. What might the highest outcome be of you taking that action? Script out the possibilities! Scripting is a powerful manifestation technique that is essentially the written form of visualization. The key is to write in past tense so your subconscious mind interprets this as already done, and it will look for opportunities to manifest it into your reality. It does not matter if the action was bold or seemingly small, let your mind play in the possibilities and get creative with this! Add as much detail as possible. E.g. Intuitive action: take a walk. Script: I went for a walk today and the sun felt so good on my face! I noticed each bud and leaf on the trees that are starting to bloom. As I walked I got an awesome idea on how to make my work presentation on Wednesday even better. I took lots of deep breaths and said hello to a few people who passed me and we commented what a beautiful day it was! I felt grateful and alive. Then I met my new neighbor and she is the sweetest person and actually lived in my home state! We are getting coffee next week! I came back to my desk feeling so refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.

  3. How do I want to feel the rest of the week? E.g. accomplished, joyful, grateful, healthy...

  4. What actions can I take to ensure I feel this way? E.g. make a list of daily to-dos, limit Nextflix time to one hour each night, go to the gym three times this week, hug my partner more....
