Hello, I'm

Carrie.

I I help women create lives that
make them think, "F*ck yes."

Most women don't need more information about themselves. At some point, they need to stop waiting and actually live what they already know.

I know what it's like to search for the feeling of being alive in all the wrong places. To move through achievement and relationships and new cities and constant activity, and still feel like something fundamental is missing, like you're performing your own life rather than living it.

I travelled to 18 countries looking for it. I pursued a masters in New York City. I built a career at a Fortune 10 company, where I have spent more than a decade working in a high pressure corporate environment. I kept moving, because if I stopped long enough to feel the emptiness, I would have to admit I didn't know who I was underneath the doing.

Maybe your version isn't eighteen countries. Maybe it's another promotion. Another certification. Another vacation you're hoping will finally help you feel different.

Maybe it's Friday. Summer. The end of this project. The week things finally calm down.

Whatever it looks like, the ache underneath is often the same.

Then a summer internship in India landed me at a yoga ashram. Two weeks. And in those two weeks I felt something I genuinely didn't believe was available to me.

Peace.

Not earned peace, not achieved peace, the kind that's just there, underneath everything, when you finally get quiet enough to find it.

I came home and I kept going. Yoga, meditation, somatic work, and eventually HypnoBreathwork®, the modality that finally reached places I couldn't touch with willpower or self-awareness alone. Because one of the most frustrating things about being a deeply self-aware person is that you can understand exactly why you do something and still keep doing it.

I had spent years learning about myself. What I eventually learned was that understanding myself and actually experiencing my life differently weren't always the same thing.

That's a distinction that shapes the work I do now.

I'm a mental health therapist, certified HypnoBreathwork® facilitator, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and Reiki energy healer. I have also worked inside a Fortune 10 company for over a decade; I know the world of back to back meetings, impossible deadlines, competing priorities, and being extremely good at holding it all together.

So when a woman tells me she can handle an enormous amount and can't understand why she loses her patience over something tiny at 6 PM, I understand that world. When she tells me she knows she needs to slow down but can't seem to actually do it, I understand that too. And when she has already done the therapy, read the books, tried the meditation apps, and can explain her patterns beautifully but still finds herself repeating them, that's where I get especially interested.

My work lives in that gap between what you know and what you can actually access when your shoulders are at your ears, your brain has 28 tabs open, and someone needs one more thing from you.

I don't think most highly capable women need another person telling them to slow down. You already know.

You know while you are eating lunch over your laptop. You know when you have spent six months looking forward to vacation and somehow you're still checking Outlook beside the pool. You know when work gets your most patient eight hours and the people you love get the leftovers.

The question is what happens after you know.

That's where I come in.

Through HypnoBreathwork and nervous system practices, I help you work with the patterns you can understand intellectually but haven't been able to simply think your way out of. We work on what it actually looks like to slow down when your body is accustomed to urgency, respond differently when stress takes over, and get clear on what you actually want. So you can spend less of your life managing everything and more of it actually living it.

You have worked really f*cking hard to build your life.

I want to help you actually enjoy it.
